Happy Leaf LLC operates Happy Leaf Dispensary, an adult-use cannabis retailer licensed by the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission (license RE000091) at 200 N White Horse Pike, Somerdale, NJ 08083. Who this policy applies to
This website and the Happy Leaf Dispensary store are restricted to adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you are under 21, do not use this site or submit any information through it. If we learn we have collected information from a person under 21, we delete it.
What information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Name — when you join our loyalty/rewards program or contact us.
- Email address — for rewards, order updates, and any messages you send us.
- Mobile phone number — only if you opt in to SMS alerts (see our SMS terms).

- ZIP code — to confirm service area and tailor local information.
- Site usage data — pages viewed, device and browser type, and similar analytics collected through the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics.
Why we collect it
We use this information to verify age, operate and improve our loyalty/rewards program, respond to your questions, send the alerts you ask for, understand how the site is used so we can make it better, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a licensed New Jersey cannabis retailer. We do not use your information to make health claims or to target anyone under 21.
Loyalty data and our processor
Our loyalty/rewards program is operated using Alpine IQ, a third-party service provider (processor) that stores and processes loyalty member data on our behalf. When you enroll, the name, email, mobile number, date of birth, and purchase/points history associated with your membership are handled within Alpine IQ under their security and privacy commitments. We use this data only to run the rewards program — to track points, apply discounts, send program messages you opt into, and honor birthday and welcome offers.
Cookies and analytics — fire only after 21+ confirmation
The Meta Pixel and Google Analytics use cookies and similar technologies to measure site usage. These analytics tools only load after you confirm you are 21 or older at our age gate. Until you confirm, no Meta Pixel or Google Analytics cookies fire. You can also disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work as intended without them.
How to opt out or request deletion
To opt out of marketing, leave the loyalty program, or request a copy or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, email [email protected] or call (856) 545-7024. To stop SMS messages, reply STOP to any text. We will action verified deletion requests promptly, subject to records we are legally required to retain.
We do not sell your personal data
Happy Leaf LLC does not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers (such as Alpine IQ for loyalty, and analytics providers) who process it on our behalf under contract, and only as needed to operate the services described above or to comply with the law.
